1. Subscription Terms

The subscription grants access to a private Telegram channel containing Ivan Strong training materials for the duration of the purchased plan. Payment is processed by Tribute (tribute.tg) under Tribute's own terms. Access is granted within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Access is for personal use only and may not be transferred to third parties.

Refunds: if access is not granted within 48 hours of payment, a full refund is available on request via [Telegram / Email].

2. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Channel content is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any training program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical condition, injury, are pregnant, or have recently undergone surgery.

Participants train at their own risk; the creator and channel administrator disclaim liability for injury or health issues to the maximum extent permitted by law. If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptoms during a workout, stop immediately and seek medical attention if necessary.

3. Data Notice

Payment data is processed by Tribute in accordance with Tribute's Privacy Policy. Interaction within the channel (membership, messages) is visible to the channel administrator as inherent to Telegram's functionality.
